My name is Dimitri Vallein.

I was born and raised in a tiny village in the French countryside.

From the age of 10, I immersed myself in books daily.

At 14, I formed a group of friends around skateboarding. Together, we financed and constructed a skatepark in our village. This early taste of  bringing an idea to life fueled my ambitions.

At 19, I created a YouTube channel called 'People Of'. It quickly gained traction in the music scene, generating millions of views every month. It allowed me to earn my first internet money, empowering me to drop out of law school in Bordeaux and move to Paris.

At 21, I began exploring Augmented Reality, creating AR filters for Instagram and Snapchat. My Instagram filters rapidly made half a billion views and were used by celebrities like Dua Lipa.
Facebook (now Meta) invited me to their London HQ with the best 100 Creators on the planet, further expanding my horizons.

Currently, I'm passionate about 3D filmmaking in real-time, a cutting-edge technique using the power of Unreal Engine 5. This technology allows for near-instantaneous 3D rendering (unlike traditional 3D softwares that demands huge rendering time or access to costly render farms). I believe we're on the edge of a paradigm shift, where small teams can create cinematic experiences capable of captivating millions while generating significant revenue. This is where I'm now focusing my energy, alongside my interests in AI and philosophy.

I directed 'The Last Star', a multi-award winning animated short film.
It was nominated at the Berlin Music Video Awards alongside The Weeknd, Pharell Williams, Muse, Kendrick Lamar, Tyler The Creator & 21 Savage. It was screened at the Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles for the Dances With Films Festival.
